Our Mission

Our mission is to contribute to the creation and flourishing of the economically strong and spiritually rich society providing best services in Russia to the corporate and private clients.

How we understand this:

l         The Company fully realizes the need to develop the services safe both for the employee and the society, and strives to fulfill all officially accepted legal norms and requirements.

 

Efficiency and profitability

Statement:

 

The Company will achieve its’ goal to become the most efficient company in Russi in its’ sphere of business, if every employee – from the Company’s President to the average executive – works efficiently.

 

How we understand this:

l         Every employee sets the ambitious goals before him/her and does everything in order to excel them.

l            Everybody participates in definition of the own goals and the goals of his/her subordinates.

l         Every employee should clearly understand his/her goals and their relation to the goals of his/her unit and the Company’s goals.

l         We are always ready for the changes and the new requirements of the external environment (branch).

l         We are constantly improving the processes and methods of our work, combat unjustified bureaucracy, increasing productivity and efficiency.

l         We are always sequential in the decisions taken and actions.

l         We analyze risks, related to our business, and always minimize them.

l         We take investment decisions on the basis of the verified data, payback period and income yield calculation.

l         We’re always looking for and use the opportunities to optimize the resources applied.

l         Our choice of providers and contractors is always based on the alternatives.

l         The Company is always increasing the profit and business value, focusing on the services which satisfy our customers’ needs, winning the new markets, improving service quality, applying new business and relationships techniques.

l         Solving current tasks, we always estimate their influence on the long-term goals.

 

Practical applications of the Code

Obligation

This very Code is the Company’s internal white paper obligatory for every employee, including the top executives, to comply with. Every employee is personally responsible for the Code norms adherence within the frames of his/her behavior.

 

Transparency

The Company encourages its’ employees to openly discuss the Code and positively treats any constructive suggestions to the Code’s improvement. Should the employees have any question, suggestion or comment on the Code or in terms of its’ application, they may address the HR Department. Besides, the employees may address directly the top management on any question they have.

 

Decision making

Any decision, taken by the Company’s employees, both strategic and daily should comply with the Code. When complex ethical situations arise an employee should ask him/herself:

— Are my actions legal and who they touch upon?

— Does the decision I’m going to take comply with the Code?

— Will I feel myself comfortable, if my colleagues and relatives learn about my decision?

 

If you doubt if your decision is correct and aren’t sure, what to do, please, ask your immediate supervisor or HR Department for advice.

 

Getting acquainted

The Code is the open document and is being freely distributed among the shareholders, employees, clients, partners and any other interested party. The Company mentions the Code and secures its’ publication fully or partially.

 

Monitoring

Please, send your questions, suggestions and problems, related to the adherence or possible violation of this Code in any division of the Company to your immediate supervisor up to the Company’s President. We guarantee that your application won’t be used against you anyhow.
